Where's my order?
Each order from our store is customized for each individual customer. Orders are individually hand-made and manually put together with extensive labour. This means there will be an expected lead time which can vary depending on how busy we are. We are always working on speeding up our production speed for the future. High-quality products cannot be rushed, we would rather take our time to send you the best product, then to rush out a bad one. We take quality very seriously.
For this reason, a completion and shipping lead time can vary between 1-4 weeks for most orders. In small cases, orders may extend up to 2 months in lead time if we run into an issue with your order. In the uncommon case you experience an order delay, please be patient with us; rest assured, your order will arrive as soon as it is completed. Please be aware, the wait will be normal. If you need something with a specific deadline, please contact us first.
Most of our emails inquiring about the eta and shipping dates for their order will be answered here in this FAQ as well. All orders are done and shipped on a rolling basis,
If at any time, you cannot wait, we can always cancel your order anytime before shipment.
For other physical products in our store that don’t require labour, they will ship same day or within 1 business day.

Please note: We are spending every hour on order fulfilment, on busy weeks, we may not be able to answer your emails right away. Please be patient with us, we have no intentions to ignore anyone :).
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order ships!
For r-hop and service orders, your tracking email notification will arrive when the order is near completion or being queued up for work.
Our Guarantee Warranty
We have a guarantee that you will leave feeling satisfied with a working product. In many cases with other installers lacking real credentials, you just don’t know what you are getting in regards to the quality of the install and product. You could be risking your money on getting a shoddy product.
Our installs have a ~95% success rate on the first package. However, if you did end up getting a defective product from a mishap, we will absolutely resolve them for you. We will pay for return shipping and ship a brand new product to you at no extra cost!
We also have a lifetime warranty on all of our rhop products. We will fix it for FREE.
